Hi! and welcome to ElderHope...

We do try to keep up with the boards. ...and happy to discuss caring for aging parents. I don't live with or near my folks. I care very much for them but have little to do with their daya to day lives

I'm sure I don't know the day-to-day stress taht you do. Barb and I are both professional caregivers. I would - we would - like to see more of this kind of discussion on these boards. After all, that's what they're here for. And, really, I think you would rather discuss these matters with people who are actually facing what you are. I hope that your post will stir up more of that kind of discussion. I just wanted you to know that we heard you...

So, I'll shut up and let others do the talking. But, if you have any questions that we can specifically help with, I hope you will consider posting here as you did.
